DESIGN-BUILD

To meet the growing demand for design build services, Heritage General Contracting has designers on staff. We liaison between our clients, A/E firms and the federal and local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to tailor projects to the user’s needs and keep design and construction costs within budget. This approach creates the highest cost / benefit ratio for our clients.

ADMINISTRATIVE CAPABILITIES

Our project management team has developed Company Safety & Health and Quality Control Plans, along with ongoing worker safety and quality control training programs.  The company safety plan incorporates elements from USACE EM385-1-1, OSHA and MSHA that pertain to work activities.  The quality control plan is based on the USACE Quality Control for Contractors.  Administrative staff support the Project Managers and Supervisors in all aspects of these plans, including Activity Hazard Analysis, Three Phase Control including submittals, Project Scheduling and job-site record keeping.
