This project involved extensively remodeling the old Entry Control Point to the Missile Defense Complex and adding a large addition to provide tactical vehicle storage, a training area and office space for the 49th Missile Defense Battalion. This project was completed on schedule to be available for beneficial occupancy by December 2009.

This project involved constructing an Headquarters addition to Building 612 to accommodate senior staff of the US Army Cold Regions Test Center. The project was awarded late fall of 2007 and was built on a tight schedule.

This project was a combined effort with Mechanical and Electrical contractors to completely renovate the FGA Commissary while it was still open to the public. We performed all demolition and architectural work and demonstrated the flexibility needed to ensure a minimal impact on the public.

This project addressed life safety concerns by upgrading the fire alarm panels across Fort Greely to report to a central dispatch station. HGC demonstrated their technical competence and value engineering abilities by assisting in the design and installation methodology.

This office building was built in 2004 to provide administrative facilities for the Cold Regions Test Center at Bolio Lake (near Fort Greely). This project involved some design-build elements and was delivered on schedule with less than 1% project growth.

HGC and Big Sky Fire Protection combined on this project to bring a 1950's era hangar into compliance with Army regulations for fire protection on helicopter maintenance facilities. This involved enclosing 4 stairways and installing a fire detection and foam generation system.
