Demo Contingency Dorm B3117

Demolition of building 3117 including its foundation, utilities supplying the building, walkways, wiring, plumbing, conduit, HVAC, ductwork and more. All debris including hazardous materials were removed and disposed of in accordance with all relevant codes and regulations. After demolotion, utilidor and foundation excavation was backfilled with topsoil placed on top and hydroseeding to restore greenery to the area.
