As lifelong residents, the core of our team is no stranger to this environment, and we know firsthand that having a vibrant space to escape winter’s bite is key to a thriving community.Having previously served as a key subcontractor on the original Fort Greely Community Activity Center, Heritage—now operating as the Heritage-M2C1 JV in partnership with Centennial—was honored to deliver this 75′ x 100′ facility expansion. Housing a high-quality, modern indoor playground, dedicated party rooms, and fully integrated support spaces, this addition further elevates the center as a vital winter haven for our Servicemembers, their families, and the surrounding community.
