Fort Wainwright Community Activity Center

This was a unique design-build project for a 40,000 SF facility to include a 16-lane bowling alley, full bar, restaurant, gaming systems, and children’s play areas. The H-M2C1 team handled project management, scheduling, and constructability reviews, while self-performing civil, concrete, and finish carpentry. In addition to the project being delivered on time, the high-end architectural finishes of this facility make it a showcase among the NAF facilities nationwide.
